Al-Haj Muhammad Aref Taher, Acting Chief of Herat Breshna, In order to address the problems of electricity customers, the program on face-to-face (branch offices and electricity subscribers) was held at headquarter of Herat Breshna on a weekly basis with the presence of deputies and managers.
This meeting for the first time was held at Herat Breshna among the authorities and customers of the mentioned zone.
Mr. Aref has announced to the electricity customers that, Herat Breshna headquarters is always trying to provide the necessary facilities for its subscribers.
He continued: "Herat work team will work 24 hours in a day to provide better electrification services to the customers, and afterwards, they can report their problems on the scheduled days, in the last weekly sessions of Herat Breshna meetings, to the head of the department.
In the course of meeting, many electricity customers, while appreciating such programs that provide the necessary facilities for addressing the customers' problems to the authorities, a series of problems were also shared by Herat Breshna authorities.
Then, Acting Chief of Herat Breshna for solving the problems of the present customers provided guidance to the relevant sections.
