Based on their better performance and competences, Sweeta Sakhi, has been appointed as Energy Projects CoordinationDepartment Head and introduced by Chief Executive Officer of DABS.
The ceremony was attended by a number of chairmen, managers and staff members, Eng. Amanullah Ghalib, Chief Executive Officer of DABS, congratulated the new Head of Energy Projects Coordination Department, wish success in all the affairs and he called for positive changes in transparency in the works and new energy action plans.
Mr. Ghalib also emphasized on the principle of transparency, fundamental reforms and innovations in energy sectors in his speech.
Meanwhile, Miss Sakhi expressed gratitude from the leadership of DABS and promised that she will do her best for better achievements.
Sweeta Sakhi was born in Kabul in 1994 and has completed her higher education in Computer Science and Business Administration.
She has worked in USAID’s various projects for four years and has served as the Secretary to the Chief Executive Officer of DABS for almost four years.
She received the Best Employee Appreciation Award from the DABS Board of Directors.
It is to be noted that the Energy Projects CoordinationDepartment has established with the support of Asian Development Bank (ADB) and will be led by DABS.
The goal of this department is to serve as the point of contact for energy reforms and to effectively coordinate and monitor energy sector reforms, investments and plans.
