DABS Disconnects Electricity of Nine Key In-debtors in the Presence of Media


 
 

In an effort aimed at accelerating revenue collection process, senior management of Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS) and Kabul Breshna, cut off the power flow of 9 permanent and large electricity debtors, while representatives of media outlets were also present.

Despite the in-debtors were not willing to pay their electricity consumption bills totaling more than AFN 20 million, still they had access to electricity and many times they prevented the power cut off.

At the end of the gathering for power cutoff, the leadership of Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat reiterated that if the power is reconnected by bully people or if they do not pay their debts, they will be officially introduced to the Attorney General’s Office.

It is to be noted that such gatherings for the power cutoff will be continued with all seriousness across 34 provinces, in particular Kabul.
